Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Account data — email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and avatar they share with us.
- Profile data — whatever you choose to put on your public profile: display name, bio, location, roles, genres, music links, teaching info, and optional gender (hindi ipinapakita kung hindi mo pipiliin).
- Content — your forum threads, replies, and reports.
- Waitlist signups — email and the optional note you leave. Kapag gumawa ka ng account, awtomatikong naidaragdag ang email mo sa waitlist habang beta.
Wala kaming kine-collect na payment info, at wala kaming file uploads — music embeds are just links to YouTube, Spotify, and similar platforms.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: accounts, profiles, forums, moderation.
- To send waitlist invites and essential service emails (magic links).
- To keep the community safe: report handling and abuse prevention.
Hindi namin ibinebenta ang data mo — pati na ang mga post mo: we do not sell or license member content to third parties, including for AI training. Walang spam. We don't use third-party advertising networks. We use Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replays) at Google Analytics (page views and traffic sources) para makita kung saan nahihirapan ang mga bisita at mapabuti ang site — each governed by Microsoft's and Google's own privacy terms.
3. What's public
Your profile (username, display name, and whatever you fill in) and your forum posts are publicly visible — kahit hindi naka-log in ang bumabasa. Your email address is never shown publicly. Waitlist emails are visible only to site admins.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and served through Vercel. Service emails (magic links, invites) are delivered via Resend. These providers may process data outside the Philippines. Sign-in via Google or Apple is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights (RA 10173)
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can edit your profile yourself sa settings; for anything else — kabilang ang account deletion o pag-alis sa waitlist — message us through the contact form and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
6. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts and their content are removed from the live database; backup copies expire on rotation. Access to admin tools is limited by role, and all database access is guarded by row-level security.
