Terms of Service

Tunogkanto is a community platform for Filipino musicians — forums, profiles, and (soon) classifieds and lessons. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. Kung hindi ka sang-ayon, huwag gamitin ang site.

The service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build. Posting is invite-only during this period.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One person, one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
• Bawal ang username o display name na nagpapanggap na site staff o ibang tao, o may malaswang salita.
• You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Kung may nag-post gamit ang account mo, ikaw pa rin ang may pananagutan.

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Tunogkanto a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on the site — that's what makes a forum work. Delete your content and the license ends, except for copies in backups or quotes in other members' replies.

Ang license na iyan ay para mapatakbo ang site — hanggang doon lang. We do not sell or license member content to third parties, including for AI training. Ang mga post mo ay pag-aari ng tambayan, hindi produktong ibinebenta. If that ever needs to change (we don't plan to), it will be opt-in and announced ahead of time — hindi itatago sa isang terms update.

Music embeds (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, at iba pa) are links to content hosted elsewhere — we don't host media files. Only embed music you have the right to share.

Bawal dito ang:

• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, o pananakot sa kapwa member.
• Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, at deceptive na marketing.
• Illegal content, including pirated music, software, o gear na nakaw.
• Posting other people's copyrighted work without permission.
• Impersonating other people, bands, or brands.

Moderators may hide or remove content, lock threads, and suspend accounts that break these rules. May report button sa bawat post — gamitin niyo po. Ang mas detalyadong gabay ay nasa forum rules.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunogkanto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or losses from deals made between members (gear sales, lessons, gigs man yan — transact carefully).

We may update these terms as the site grows; material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime.
